These terms apply to your use of the website at neyroline.com. In these terms, “Neyroline”, “we” and “us” mean the owner of the website, identified in the legal notice. By using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

These terms do not cover design or development work. Any project is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this website.

The website describes what Neyroline does. Nothing on it is an offer that can be accepted, a quote or a promise of availability. Sending the contact form or an email does not create a contract or an obligation for either side. A project only begins once we have both agreed a written proposal.

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s design, code, text, graphics and images belong to Neyroline and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute or reuse any part of it, including its design or code, without our written permission, except where the law allows it.

Silvae and Lumbre are concept projects: fictional brands whose identity, content and website Neyroline created to show its range. They are not clients. Their products and services are not real and cannot be bought or booked, and no connection with any real business of the same or a similar name is intended.

When you use the website, please do not:

• Use it in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others.
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or its data, or interfere with how it works.
• Send spam, malicious code or misleading information through the contact form.
• Copy its content or code in bulk by automated means. Indexing by search engines is fine.

The website may link to websites run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

You may link to any page of this website, as long as you do so fairly and do not suggest a relationship with, or endorsement by, Neyroline that does not exist.

We work to keep the website accurate, available and secure, but we provide it as it is. We cannot guarantee that it will always be available, free of errors or free of viruses.
